  On February 25, 2013, the Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace Breakfast was held at the Canadian Lesbian & Gay Archives (The ArQuives), where Michelle Douglas shared the story of her involvement in a landmark case examining lesbian and gay equality rights in the Canadian military. Douglas also announced that she will be donating her personal case records to The ArQuives! Click here to watch the video of Michelle Douglas’ annoucement. Michelle Douglas was inducted into The ArQuives’s National Portrait Collection in 1998. The Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace Breakfast was hosted in partnership with Pride at Work Canada, The Canadian Corporate Counsel Association (CCCA), Sexual Orientation and Gender Identify Conference (SOGIC) of the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Lesbian & Gay Archives (The ArQuives), and highlighted LGBTQ inclusion trailblazers and initiatives within the workforce.
