DESCRIPTION:Celebrate 100 years of Jewish queer and trans history in BC at JQT Heritage Month 2023 – Exhibit Launch of The BC Jewish Queer & Trans Oral History Project! \n\nThe ArQuives is a proud sponsor of the event launch of this project conducted by JQT Vancouver (@jqtvan). \nEveryone is invited to attend this hybrid event—in person or virtually via livestream on JQT’s Facebook page—on Sunday\, May 28\, 2023 from 1-3PM PDT in the Zack Gallery at the Jewish Community Centre of Greater Vancouver. \nThe program will include invited speakers from the Musqueam\, Vancouver Pride Society\, Jewish Community Centre\, Jewish Museum & Archives of BC\, The ArQuives: Canada’s LGBTQ2+ Archives\, and of course\, the curation team from JQT Vancouver.\n\nDress attire: FUN & COLOURFUL!!\n\nThe online exhibit will become available on Monday\, May 29\, 2023 for you to peruse at your leisure at https://www.jqtvancouver.ca/jqt-oral-history-bc\n\nWe look forward to celebrating this milestone achievement with JQT Vancouver!
