Members are a key part of helping The ArQuives fulfil its mandate to LGBTQ2+ communities.
Members have voting rights at the Annual General Meeting including for the appointment of the Board of Directors. Additionally, they help guide the organization in strategic planning and major decision-making by engaging with Board and Staff members. Membership is based on the calendar year and must be renewed annually.
There are 3 ways to become a member: Volunteer (at least 15 hours), donate (at least $15), or make a major donation of library, archival, or artifact material to The ArQuives. For more information about membership, please refer to our by-laws.
