Putting Femme Stories on the Map

This presentation will feature the curators of the On Our Own Terms exhibition discussing the importance of making femme stories visible in the queer archives and elsewhere, linking queer oral history to queer geography. They will share details about their project and exhibition at the ArQuives and offer a preview of their newest project, which maps femme stories from the oral histories they collected onto the geography of Toronto using a multimedia digital story map (uMap).
